• Payment, billing, invoice, contract, and transaction information. Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment providers and may not be stored directly by Party PLANit.
• Photographs, videos, or other media created in connection with our event, photography, or photo booth services, as permitted by applicable agreements and consents.
• Mobile telephone numbers voluntarily provided for SMS/text-message services, including delivery of photographs requested through a Party PLANit photo booth.

3. SMS/Text Messaging and Photo Booth Services

Party PLANit may offer guests the option to receive photographs or other requested content by SMS/text message.

When using a Party PLANit photo booth, a guest may voluntarily choose text-message delivery. Before entering a mobile telephone number, the guest will be presented with information regarding the SMS service and asked to affirmatively consent to receiving the requested text message(s).

SMS messages sent through our photo booth service are intended to deliver photographs or related content specifically requested by the guest.

Message frequency varies based on the number of photographs or other content the guest requests to receive. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may reply STOP to opt out of further messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive photo booth text messages is not consent to receive unrelated marketing or promotional text messages from Party PLANit.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Party PLANit does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and SMS consent may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf only when reasonably necessary to provide or support the requested messaging service, such as transmitting a requested photo by text message, maintaining the technology used to provide the service, or complying with applicable legal obligations.

SMS consent is specific to Party PLANit and the messaging service for which the individual provided consent. SMS consent is not transferred to another business for that business's independent marketing or promotional use.

5. How We Share Information

We may use third-party service providers to help operate Party PLANit and provide services to our clients and guests. These providers may assist with services such as:

• Website hosting and technology.
• Customer relationship management.
• Payment processing and invoicing.

• SMS/text-message transmission.

The collection, delivery, publication, or promotional use of event photographs and media may be subject to additional agreements, releases, event contracts, or consent terms applicable to the particular service or event.

Photo booth guests may provide contact information solely for the purpose of receiving photographs or other content they request. Providing a mobile number for photo delivery does not by itself grant Party PLANit permission to use that mobile number for unrelated marketing communications.

Party PLANit's website and SMS services are not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Events serviced by Party PLANit may include children as guests; however, their attendance at an event does not mean Party PLANit intentionally collects personal information from them through our website or SMS program.

Our website or communications may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Party PLANit is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
